Tenant User Liability Insurance Policy

Including but not limited to: 

• Sports Field and/or Arena Rental  
• Multi-purpose Sports & Recreation Facilities, Community Centres, Clubs 
• Agricultural Societies 
• Event Centres 
• Facility Management Companies / Property Management Companies 
• Municipalities

Event types including but not limited to:  

Family celebrations to include christenings, showers, weddings, anniversaries, reunions, retirement parties, birthdays, stag & does/ jack & jills, etc., small concerts/musical performances, dance parties, trade shows and conventions, contests, presentations, awards or other ceremonies, bingo, bake sales and flea markets, bazaars, fundraisers, public speakers, bridge/ card games, shuffleboard, bocci ball,  speakers, workshops/classroom instruction,  dog or small animal shows, horse shows, banquets, art shows and exhibits, auctions, fashion shows, picnics, theatre performances, music and dance recitals/ performances,  dance and talent shows, online/virtual meetings or events for attendees in Canada. 

Including but not limited to: 

• Adult Entertainment Venues 
• Nightclubs / Bars, Legion / Veterans Halls 
• Fraternity or Sorority Houses 
• Online Rental Platforms 
• Facilities outside of Canada

Event types including but not limited to: 

• Political Events or Rallies 
• Activities involving Cannabis  
• Use of Trampolines or Mechanical Bulls 
• Graduation Parties  
• Frosh Week Events
• Events with sales of ineligible products:   cannabis, tobacco, vapes or e-cigarettes, fertilizers, chemicals, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, firearms, ammunition, fireworks or other combustibles, sales of live animals, vehicles in motion, watercraft exhibits on water.

Please complete the appropriate PDF application and submit as directed in the form. Coverage is subject to underwriting and may not be available to all applicants in all provinces. It is important to carefully review the terms and conditions of any insurance quotation. Please contact a K&K Canada representative if you have any questions.     

Attach a sample rental agreement, and lease with landlord if Applicant does not own the building.  Also attach current program pricing, structure and loss runs, if there is an existing program.  If there is no current program, attach information regarding types of rentals, average size of rental group, and loss information for the property itself, if applicable.
