K&K’s not-for-profit Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance responds to allegations of wrongful termination, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, mismanagement, discrimination against a third party, acts beyond granted authority, failure to deliver services, misrepresentation, and wrongful employment practices.  Defense costs are paid in addition to the limit of liability.  Coverage is provided on a claims-made basis, applying only to claims first made during the coverage period.
