To be eligible laser tag facilities must:   

• Comply with provincial licensing requirements  
• Comply with safety and fire codes 
• Secure certificates of insurance from vendors, concessionaires, sub-contractors or lessors 
• Liquor and Smart Serve Protocols

Including but not limited to: 

• Air soft guns 
• Paintball (primary coverage)
• High liquor sales

• Liquor in excess of 40% of revenue 
• More than 25% USA exposure 
• Premium under $2,000 
• New business venture with no prior experience  
• Risks domiciled in the USA

• Bodily Injury and Property Damage  
• Personal and Advertising Injury  
• Products and Completed Operations  
• Tenants Legal Liability 
• Medical Expense (other than participants)  
• Non-Owned Auto  
• Liability limits up to $10m (eligible classes) 
• Bodily Injury to Participants  
• Premises Liability Included

• Participant Accident coverage 
• Property 
• Equipment Breakdown   
• Abuse 
• Liability for Independent Contractor (non-employees)
