To be eligible family fun centres must:   

• Comply with provincial licensing requirements  
• Comply with safety rules and fire codes 
• Secure certificates of insurance from vendors, concessionaires, sub-contractors or lessors 
• Liquor and Smart Serve Protocols 
• Provincial Equipment Inspections and Manufacture Maintenance

Including but not limited to: 

• Trampolines 
• Air soft Guns 
• Paintball (primary exposure) 
• Foam Pits 
• Mechanical Bulls 
• Adult Inflatables 
• Ninja/ Warrior Obstacle Course 
• Indoor flame/ pyrotechnics

• Liquor in excess of 40% of revenue 
• More than 25% USA exposure 
• Premium under $2,000 
• New business venture with no prior experience  
• Risks domiciled in the USA

• Bodily Injury and Property Damage
