To be eligible, amusement parks, theme parks and waterparks must: 

• Comply with TSSA / CSA licensing requirements  
• Comply with safety and fire codes and procedures 
• Secure certificates of insurance from vendors, concessionaires, sub-contractors or lessors 
• Emergency Evacuation Plans

Including but not limited to: 

• Inflatable Waterparks  
• Mobile Carnivals 
• Trampoline Exposure

• Liquor in excess of 40% of revenue
• More than 25% USA exposure
• Premium under $2,000
• New business venture with no prior experience 
• Risks domiciled in the USA

• Bodily Injury and Property Damage  
• Personal and Advertising Injury  
• Products and Completed Operations  
• Tenants Legal Liability 
• Medical Expense (other than participants)  
• Non-Owned Auto  
• Liability limits up to $10m (eligible classes) 
• Bodily Injury to Participants  
• Premises Liability Included
