To be eligible, campgrounds must:   

• Comply with Municipal licensing requirements  
• Comply with safety and fire codes 
• Secure certificates of insurance from vendors, concessionaires, sub-contractors or lessors 
• Health and Maintenance Inspections  

Including but not limited to: 

• Permanent Camping or RV Residential Parks 
• Horseback Riding 
• Motorized Equipment Rental (seadoos/snowmobiles/boats) 
• Marinas

• Liquor in excess of 40% of revenue 
• More than 25% USA exposure 
• Premium under $2,000 
• New business venture with no prior experience  
• Risks domiciled in the USA

• Bodily Injury and Property Damage  
• Personal and Advertising Injury  
• Products and Completed Operations  
• Tenants Legal Liability 
• Medical Expense (other than participants)  
• Non-Owned Auto  
• Liability limits up to $10m (eligible classes)
